"Save Intuition" should not have a separate menu entry

Description

"Save Intuition"'s behaviour should be integrated into the normale file-saving behaviour: Wherever possible, the "Save" action should guess the filename of the current document and offer this as the default name in the "Save" dialog.

Save Intuition goes further by not even asking where to save the new file in some situations, it's worth keeping separate for now.
