Undo and redo's shortcuts do not show up in the menu

Description

Undo and Redo have the shortcuts Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y, respectively.
Both shortcuts are listed in the ActionLibrary?, and both shortcuts work.

However, they are not shown in the menu - but they should, so that not so experienced users have the opportunity to learn those (rather useful) shortcuts.

In a short glance I have not seen any difference in our code so I guess this is upstream (or OS) related. I can confirm that on Ubuntu 10.4 I can see "Cut Ctrl-X" but Undo and Redo don't show their shortcuts. Wx. 0.94 and wxWidgets 2.8.10
