F2 help does not know about 'given'

Description

Using perl 5.10.1 I have 'given' in the code. Selected it and pressed F2. It gave me two entries PPI::Statement::Given and PPI::Structure::Given but not the 'given' keyword of Perl.

Using trunk after the release of v0.70
