Special save-all with change track log

It looks like CTRL-SHIFT-S is not currently used. I'd enjoy seeing an option where this combo or another causes Padre to save all files AND record the changes since last save of this type. Regular save and save as features should not have this, so this would be separate. Each time I make a change while I'm refactoring, it would be nice to hit a keyboard short and if needed, play back all the changes I've recently made - or list them, just file name, line number, and content of the line... it would allow backtracking over a change that was in error very quickly.
I have several calls to a sub spread over 1000s of line of code. I made one tweek to one call... it was wrong, and I would like an easy way to go back to that change that doesn't involve brain damage to myself. If I could selectively mark changes to log using a special save feature, that would be awesome.
