Tools/Prefrences/Behaviour there is a check box called ""Add another closing bracket if there is already one (and the auto-bracket-function is enabled) but I could not find the auto-bracket-function.

Under Advanced there is a autocomplete_brackets entry which is probabaly the one.

I think it would be better to make it easier to configure the latter and make the reference clearer)
