WindowList: strange characters in German locale

Description

The Close button of the WindowList? (reload/close) selected looks strange.

See attached screenshot.

Funny thing is, this only happens when starting the installed padre, not with dev.pl.

Other elements of the dialog have umlauts that look okay.

I haven't seen this behavior in any other part of Padre.

I already checked de.po, this looks sane.

This behavior was because of a wrongly encoded translation file in the SpellCheck? plugin. Fixed in r13310.
