1086	Debugger -> Display Value should support any Perl expression	dandv		"Coming from other IDEs, the ""Debugger -> Display Value"" function seems the closest Padre has to the concept of ""Watches"". It would be really helpful, though, to be able to watch any Perl expression, not just a variable.

Also, it would help if the Display Value menu item were replicated in the context menu, a la ""Add to watches"" in other IDEs.

Finally, the expression should be evaluated right away in the Debugger window. Right now, its value is only displayed after a Step.
