automatic tidying

Description

There was a requests to automatically keep the layout of the code according to "standard". For example to change the
Perl::Tidy plugin that it could be configurable so that it will automatically run while the person types the code (or maybe when she pauses) and cleans up the document.

I am not sure how it would work without changing the code while the person is typing thereby upsetting the person.
