Tab order and Ctrl-Up/Down

Description

You can rearrange the tabs with the mouse. But Ctrl-Up/Down? remembers the old tab order.

That defies the idea of grouping related tabs together.

Feature was removed and simplified to Ctrl-PageUp/PageDown... next/previous. Nothing fancy.
