Ctrl-Alt-F injects "ACK"

Description

Using Padre 0.83 r13953 on Suse when I press ctrl-Alt-F (by mistake) it inserts an "ACK" symbol.

I think we either need to describe what is this or eliminate it.

I can confirm the behaviour on Ubuntu 10.04 (also trunk).

Lower priority to minor.
