Integrate the Recent File feature with the command line window

In the command line window we can go back in the history of commands. This includes files that were open via the command line window but does not include the files that are in the
File -> Recent Files menu.

Integrate the two.

open file = ( open, open url, file find)

open file A,
RFM not updated :)
Close file A
RFM not updated :( should RFM be updated on close rather than next open
open file B
RFM now shows file A :)
