Before_save_tidy

i've changed the PerlTidy?.pm file inorder to add a new feature that allows you to do an action before you save you're file after starting saving. search in the file for XXX thats the things i changed in the file, the sub is there but not writen yet, i'm thinking about how to write it so you can do pretty much every action you would like.
