Add "fold all" and "unfold all" menu options

Description

The actions are already implemented and can be used when the folding feature is enabled and the mouse is above the area of the folding. (Which might be too restrictive).

I think we should add the two menu option under View -> Show Code Folding and they should be enabled only if the Show Code Folding is on
