WinXP - Arabic and Hebrew interface - the text in "About" is displayed mirrored (horizontally flipped)

I am currently on MS-Windows (Win XP).
I am using the strawberry Perl version of Padre - updated to the latest (0.84) .

When using Padre in Arabic or in Hebrew, and opening the Help --> About - the text looks horizontally flipped , mirrored.

This is both for the English / Latin characters and both for the Hebrew and Arabic text.

I suspect that this *might* be something related to:

Padre::Wx::Menu::Help

or to:

Padre::Pod2HTML

But that's just a guess ... :-/

An update / clarification:
I have seen that this happens - *only* on the Windows XP PC that I have at work (on Hebrew and Arabic interface).
I use there Padre with Strawberry Perl.

This does not happen on Linux.
Tested on Ubuntu 10.10 and on ArchLinux?.
