more tests for PPIx::EditorTools

Description

no Component for PPIx::EditorTools?

of note added a single test for PPI in 00-load.t, as Module::Install checks this, on install.

Changed oo-load.t => 00-ppix-editortools.t

should we not also. set mime types correctly
