1225	Internal window does not fill the full application	szabgab		"This was reported earlier by at least one person in the IRC channel but now I have also encountered it and I have a screenshot. When padre 0.84 is launched or when a new file is opened the internal editor part of the window is much smaller than the total size of padre. Making some change to the actual size of padre (eg. dragging its side) fixes the issue.

I can see this happening on Windows XP Strawberry Perl 5.12.3 Wx 0.99 wxWidgets 2.8.12
The same happens with the latest 0.85 of Padre on trunk at r14420

On another where I have Wx 0.9702 and wxWidgets 2.8.10 (and perl 5.10.1) on Windows 7 I don't see the same issue. (using r14420)
