View -> View as -> Text not working

Description

  • Open Padre
  • Select View menu -> View as...
  • "Text" is selected even if the status bar says it's Perl5
  • Select "Text"
  • Nothing happens (status bar should switch to Text)
  • Select something else (like TT or Makefile)
  • Status bar updates
  • Menu still selectes Text
  • Select "Text"
  • Nothing happens
