1252	Show various Perl related environment information	szabgab		"I was trying if setting a path to a different perl works and I left in the other perl when I turned on syntax checking on the source code of Padre. I was surprised to see that it complained it cannot load Wx. Then I remembered and checked the path of perl in the preferences.

It might be a useful help feature to have a menu option ""show perl environment"" that would show
   * path to the other perl
   * INC of the other perl (which might include the PERL5LIB I use)
   * Other perl related environment variables that are in effect
   * The version of the other perl?
   * ... What else?
