editor colapse button visible but expand button not

Editor with loaded perl source,
collapse button [-] on the left margin is visible. right.
But when I colapse source subroutine, should be print expand button [+] but this is not printed. Fortunately when I click on the position where [+] sould be printed, subroutine source is expanded.

All is instaled under windowsXP with current SP & patches environment Polish version language
using install file: padre-on-strawberry-5.12.3.0-v5.exe
