osx Wx::Scintilla .21_04 causes Padre to scroll poorly

Description

With Scintilla .21_04 enabled, when scrolling with gesture on OSX, the document scrolls very slowly (1-3 lines per second) and is jerky, sometimes jumping between lines.

When I disable Scintilla, this goes away.

To clarify, this happens when I enable Wx::Scintilla from the advanced prefs.

padre 0.94 and Wx::Scintilla is here. Is this still the case?

Sadly this is still the case with SVN padre 95 and Wx::Scintilla .38
