Taskbar icon is blurry on Ubuntu with Unity desktop

Description

Looks like the icon from the application as it appears in the Unity panel has been scaled up from a low res image.
We have a 64x64 icon but it does not seem to be used there.

Fixed in r15466. Just hope I do not break other platforms.
