Padre::Plugin::FormBuilder kills Padre on reload :(

Description

On second use it kills Padre.

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Padre::Plugin::FormBuilder::Perl" at /usr/src/Padre/Padre-Plugin-FormBuilder?/lib/Padre/Plugin/FormBuilder/Dialog.pm line 283.

mind you it's much faster than closing padre down :)
