nicer error messages for Deparse

Description

Currently, if the user does something wrong, e.g. selecting an unsyntactical piece of Perl code, there can be a rather ugly error message.

Instead, the error should tell the user to maybe select a proper piece of source code.

Also, if shown, error messages should be in the user's language.
