#1328 new defect

Padre infinite loops when launched without a filename to open

Description

When I launch Padre without specifying a file on the command line, the session selection dialog appears but Padre locks up. Cpu rises to 100% and the GUI is unresponsive.

I triggered a core dump and obtained a back trace of Padre while sutck in that loop. I have attached that file.
