"Reload My Plugin" crashes Padre

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start Padre
2) Menu "Tools" -> "Plug-In Tools" -> "Reload My Plugin"
3) Boom:

Can't locate object method "handle" via package "self" (perhaps you forgot to load "self"?) at G:/Systeme/tools/perl-5.14.2/perl/site/lib/Padre/PluginManager.pm line 704.
