Broken commenting in HTML and CSS in 0.94

Hello.

In 0.92 selected piece of code and press ctrl+shift+C and it was commented. In html in <!-- ... -->, and in css /* ... */.

But now (0.94) if press such shortcat nothing happens or sometimes it is comments antoher piece of code in another place.
