Plugin manager crashes when opened as user "root"

This may be related to #1038.
Error message is different, though.

How to reproduce:

1. Open Padre as root, e.g. by sudo ./dev
2. Select the plugin manager from the menu.

After a while (immediatly, or after some seconds) Padre will crash.

Insecure dependency in require while running with -T switch at /mnt/data/src/padre/Padre/lib/Padre/Wx/Main.pm line 457.
Perl exited with active threads:
	2 running and unjoined
	0 finished and unjoined
	0 running and detached

Sometimes the line numbers are also 6864 and 5197.
