Has Tools -> Module Tools been deperacted for Feature CPAN?

Tools -> Module Tools

I thought this was removed in r17553

if so, should we not have removed this menu option, as it is know redundant

I have no idea whether this should be in or not

• Tools -> Module Tools
  • Install Local Distribution
  • Install Remote Distribution
  • Open CPAN Config File

the install * Distribution options, are I believe now superseded by feature CPAN,

as for display CPAN Config, I works, nice but not essential I think.

If that's the case I don't think we need it either.

as for keeping the short cut to CPAN Config, feature CPAN uses cpanm
