Padre::Plugin::SpellCheck off by a few characters

<dod> yes, I had a weird issue on a iso-8859-1 file while my system is utf-8:
the spellcheck was off by a few characters (got worse by the end of the file).
I can only guess that something was put off by the accented char: 1 byte in iso-8859-1 and more than one byte in utf-8
