Padre::Plugin::Git crash(es) happen in Padre::PluginManager::on_context_menu

r19192 event_on_context_menu now works, but menu no (BOWTIE)

the current state of p-p-git is in trunk version dose not kill Padre, and you get a change to context_menu when right clicking on a Git file.

Also see #1444 as there is a duplication going on here I think
