Scrolling in main window broken on windows

The main window will not allow scrolling with the mouse wheel. The help window scrolls just fine.

Using Windows 7, Perl 5.16.1.

I have a problem similar to this under Linux actually, the mouse wheel will initially work and then after a while (overnight of padre sitting idle returning to work, in this case) the mouse pointer would stop working. Starting a new padre session will get the control back again, I can post this in a different ticket if necessary. I had two padre sessions open and the problem appeared in both sessions, each session only had a single bash file open.
