Crash when default_projects_directory contains wide characters

Description

When default_projects_directory contains wide characters, entering advanced settings causes crash.

How to reproduce:

  1. Go to menu Tools->Preferences, click "Advanced..." button.
  2. Change default_projects_directory to point to directory with name containing non-ascii symbols (e.g. cyrillic letters). Click Set and Save buttons.
  3. Restart Padre and try to repeat step 1.
