find all appears to do nothing

I thought 'find all' used to list all the hits in that file in the output panel, but at this point, it appears to do just do the same as 'find next'

could you not use Find-in-files in the mean time, against a your chosen file

have you also noticed the interesting action of clicking on the find-file icon in tool-bar

with the 3 different dialogues/panels
