Description

This test fails on Windows XP, stopping the installation unless you use --force option:

Odd. I followed the instructions here: http://padre.perlide.org/trac/wiki/Development

and when I did "dmake test" all tests passed.

I retried the install with 'cpanm --reinstall Padre', and did receive the failed test again.
