Allow the selection of a snippet with keyboard only

right now, after opening the snippets window using ctrl-shift-a
I need to use the mouse to change the selected snippet. Keyboard does not seem to work on Ubuntu.

Maybe a better coice would be to use Wx::ComboBox? as in the Module::Starter dialog it allows navigation with the keyboard.
