Remove trailing (end-of-line) whitespace and trailing empty lines on saving

There should be a preference option (or two) which - when set - make Padre remove trailing (end-of-line) whitespace and trailing empty lines when a file is saved.
It is, however, not possible to remove every trailing whitespace and might be not ok to remove any empty trailing line.
