Can't locate object method "insert" via package "Thread::Queue" at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0/Padre/TaskManager.pm line 323.
Perl exited with active threads:

1 running and unjoined
0 finished and unjoined
0 running and detached

Padre was built from source tar.gz. I can't package it into rpm or install through cpan (see #170).
