Show Error List does not show up

Description

Event though Show Error List is checked in the menu but sometimes the relevant notebook does not show up at start up.
(Selecting the menu option twice opens the window)
I still need to find out when does this happen?

r2405, Ubuntu 8.10

does not seem to be valid with v0.26, which uses a revamped configuration. can you check if you still get this behaviour?
