Incompatible plugins

Description

1) the word incompatible isn't fully shown on the plug-in manager
2) When a plug-in is incompatible it would be nice to be able to press that button and get an explanation why does Padre think so?
(e.g. failure to load it or after loading it something was missing etc.)

new plugin manager should fix issue 1.

moreover, if plugin is in error, the action button is now 'show error message'.
