211	Create Padre::Wx::DockedPanel	pshangov	pshangov	Currently all the tabs displayed in the bottom pane and side pane (Output, Syntax Check, Error List, Subs), have their own code to handle the inserting and deletion of the tab, the management of the relevant menu entries, etc. Create a generic Padre::Wx::DockedPanel that provides all the common functionality and have at least the Error List use that.
