Replace icons with some Debian compatible ones

Description

Several weeks ago I was informed on the Debian Perl mailing list that the icons we are using don't go well with the licensing requirement of Debian and that we might be in fact distribution icons without the proper licensing.

So let's find a new set of icons and replace the ones we are using.

I couldn't find out if LGPL licensed stuff is allowed. If yes, we might choose from ​http://everaldo.com/crystal/
