Padre::Plugin::Vi No Difference Between the Cursors Of Normal Mode and Insert Mode

Description

There is no difference between the cursors of Normal mode and Insert mode in Padre. In gvim, the Normal mode cursor is a black square, while the insert cursor is a vertical black line, so I suggest we emulate it.
