Make the Perl 6 documentation available

Description

It would be nice if people using the Perl6 plug-in could also browse the documentation of Perl 6.

We probably need an integrated concept for the help system

that better suits our needs for Perl5 (cf. also Padre/Wx/Menu/Help?.pm and Padre/Task/Outline/Perl?.pm)
and allows document-type plugins (like the Perl6 one) to extend it so it "does the right thing"
