Clicking inside the "Settings Demo" window will crash padre

Description

Open the Preferences dialog and switch to the Appearance tab. Click inside the "Settings Demo" window that gives you a preview of padre's syntax highlighting.
Padre will crash. The console will report the following:
Can't locate object method "refresh_menu" via package "Wx::Notebook" at xxx/Padre/Wx/Editor.pm line 773.
