Reuse Outline information to quickly jump to declarations

Description

In addition to the regular outline Eclipse has a hot-key to open a window with everything that is in the outline and an entrybox at the the top where one can type and the list in the pop-up
outline windows is filtered by that string to quickly find and jump to the definition of that thing.

This pop-up is available even if the Outline window is not currently open.
