Find methods in not yet included (or installed) modules

Another feature from Eclipse:
When starting to type in some word a special keystroke will provide a list of modules where that function is available or if this is the name of a class then all the things that has such class so for example if one types mkpath it will find File::Path
or if someone types File it will show File::Path, File::Basename etc... in some clever way.
If the user accepts one of the choices then it is inserted in that place and the relevant use statement is also added to the top of
the file where the other use statements are.
Eclipse (for Java) can only do that for already installed classes but we could index CPAN and also display methods from not yet installed modules.
