Description

Another vim feature I am missing from Padre:

Shift-8 (aka *) select the current word and search for it
Shift-3 (aka #) the same backwards

I am not saying we have to implement those and especially not on these key bindings but these are feature I use often.

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed
  • azawawi did a new syntax highlighting while typing which shows "same" texts.
  • F3 searches for the current selection.
