docbrowser should open the same doc in the same tab

open docbrowser. enter sthg in the search entry. type enter. after doc has appeared, re-enter the same search terms + type enter. another tab opens, with the same content.

it would be better to focus on existing doc.

Specification of DocBrowser?.

When asked to open a document, from file or from editor ;

if already open in DocBrowser? - reformat and display in existing tab , focus document tab.
else display in a new tab , focus the new tab.
