Description

  • open docbrowser.
  • type perlop + enter
  • it's very slow (bug #322), but also user do not get any feedback on what it's currently doing

this renders bug #322 even more annoying

agree. DocBrowser? should stop hijacking Padre's output pane and provide it's own. In the very least, a cursor 'wait' indicator.

and podwbrowser should indicate when it is done, especially if it could not find anything

Even a MessageBox? would be nice...

I added in a MessageDialog? because the "not found" was annoying me.

This fixes the issue about not knowing when it's finished.

I'll have a look at how to change the mouse cursor to something indicating it's busy. That should then cover this ticket in full?
