Odd Directory Tree Behaviour when non perl file active

Description

Linux - Ubuntu 9.04.

Wx Version: 0.89 wxWidgets 2.8.8

When running the 0.35 I'f found that when the active document doesn't have a perl file in it ( such as a .conf file ), you can't used the directory tree pane on the right as the twisties will not stay "twisted" to browse the directory tree.

Switching the tab to a perl file will change this behaviour so that twisties will work.

This should be fixed now, there's been a complete rewrite in the mean time
